Do I need insurance?

Can I bring in my own food/alcohol?
Yes, but you will need the alcohol coverage added to the certificate of insurance.
Is it handicap accessible?
The main floor hall is, the basement (smaller) room is not.
What do you provide?
We provide all tables, chairs, cleaning supplies and trash bags, a sound system (Bluetooth or via auxiliary cable) and projector. Our kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, sink and simple utensils if you rent the kitchen (upstairs only).
We have white table linens that you can rent for $15 per cloth.
What are we responsible for?
You must setup and breakdown. You must leave the room as clean as you found it: this includes taking trash to the dumpster, sweeping, cleaning the kitchen if you used it, etc.
Do I have to pay for the time we use to setup and breakdown?
Yes.
